If it is more convenient for you, we can accommodate your busy schedule. Just call us ahead, and we will work with you for a more convenient drop-off or pick-up time. You can even make an appointment for your estimate after hours, or drop off your vehicle after hours.
We provide each customer and repair that qualifies with a written warranty that will guarantee our body and paint work for as long as you own the vehicle. Our warranty does not cover defects or damages related to rust, abuse, a subsequent collision or theft, stone chips, scratches, improper care and/or maintenance. Call us first, and we will assist you with your insurance claim. We offer the convenience of superior VIP service. "One call does it all", includes making arrangements for your tow or rental car, providing a free loaner or free shuttle. In some cases, we provide Mobile Estimating. We work with your insurance agent or insurance company to arrange Express Repair Service. In most cases, we are able to support customers within a 50 mile radius.
Working directly with all insurance companies takes the worry and guesswork out of your claim. We handle the complete claims process, from initial estimates, uploading digital photos and estimates, and providing final billing directly to your insurance company.

Not all accidents require full auto body repair and paint, so we also offer paintless dent repair. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a process that removes minor dents without sanding, filling or painting. No painting means less waiting and no worries about paint matching. Typically, PDR takes less than a day and costs a fraction of conventional body work. Repair may vary according to dent size. PDR is also environmentally friendly, using only tools, never paint. We will always recommend what is best for our customers.
